How enquiry information is used
CodeCraft Co., Ltd. in Taiwan uses the name, email, enquiry and optional details you provide to respond, assess a potential engagement and arrange follow-up. Please do not submit passwords, client personal data or confidential material.
Processing and referral information
Form submissions pass through our server and n8n into Google Sheets, with an internal email notification. A team member may record the enquiry in ClickUp. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated spam. The site keeps the entry path and campaign parameters for the browser session and includes them with your enquiry to identify referrals. These services may process information outside Taiwan.
Retention and contact
Information is retained as needed for the enquiry and any resulting engagement, and used by the relevant team members. To request access, correction or deletion, email [email protected].
Analytics and advertising tools
On the English site, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel load only if you choose to allow them. The Traditional Chinese site enables both automatically, independently of your English-site choices. Analytics helps us understand page visits and interactions; Meta Pixel helps measure advertising. We do not send names, email addresses or enquiry text as analytics events. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the English-site footer. These providers have their own privacy policies.
