Online applications, document uploads and matching in one system
Exchange applications previously involved large numbers of paper documents. After collection, administrators still had to organise records and check documents before matching could begin. We brought applications, uploads and matching into one system so the submitted information could be used for the next stage.
Students enter their details, rank preferred schools and upload documents online. They can export an application form and return to check progress and document status. If an edit requires a new upload, the site prompts them to replace the document.
Administrators review applications and documents in the back office, then use the same records for matching. They no longer have to organise each paper application again before that work can start.
